For SupportWise IT Services, we were tasked with creating a set of brand assets to accompany their quotes whenever sent to potential clients. The goal was to use these assets as a marketing tool to increase brand trustworthiness and help communicate the unique qualities that set them apart from competitors in the tech industry.

Having a strong first impression is crucial when sending quotes to clients, so the idea was to ensure that these assets would reinforce the company’s credibility and professionalism right from the start. We wanted the client to feel confident in SupportWise’s expertise and the value of their services.

To achieve this, I worked within their established brand guidelines and designed the assets using Adobe InDesign. The process involved creating visually compelling layouts that clearly conveyed SupportWise’s key messages, using their brand colours, fonts, and imagery to stay consistent with their overall brand identity.

Throughout the process, I collaborated closely with the client, ensuring the designs met their expectations. Multiple rounds of feedback were incorporated, refining the designs to align perfectly with their vision. The final result was a set of cohesive, polished brand assets that would seamlessly integrate with their quotes and reinforce their message of professionalism and reliability.
