For over a year, we’ve been working with SupportWise IT Services on a range of marketing initiatives, one of the key streams being social media. We managed the content for their Facebook and LinkedIn pages, handling everything from idea generation and copywriting to graphic design and post scheduling, all in close collaboration with the client.

One standout campaign, Accessibility in Tech, focused on a real challenge in the industry. Research from Lloyds Bank (2020) shows that disabled people are 50% more likely to face barriers when accessing digital services compared to non-disabled individuals. To align with SupportWise’s values of inclusivity and grow their brand awareness, we developed a campaign that highlighted the moral responsibility of making tech accessible as it rapidly evolves.

We aimed to reach people who may have disabled or elderly family members - individuals who care about whether the businesses they support share their values. We believe this came through clearly in both the messaging and visuals, with the campaign reaching twice as many viewers as previous posts.

In designing the visuals, we focused on the platforms’ typical audiences - people browsing casually, often looking for relevant or thought-provoking content. We wanted the message to be immediate and bold. Using Canva and a royalty-free image from Freepik, we created a striking visual: the word "ACCESSIBILITY" in bold, capital letters across a darkened image of a hand helping an elderly man on a laptop. The goal was instant recognition - and it worked.
